I worked last night and Jeremy made Aubree where these silly PJ's to bed. She was embarrassed and didn't want Jer to take a picture of her (hence the running picture!) She must have not been too mad, because she was smiling! Anyways tonight before she went to bed, she said " Dad, I don't want to wear the silly Pajamas you made me wear last night, the ones where you took my picture!" And no she did not wear them to bed tonight!

Jeremy and I hiked Indian Trail on Saturday, and it was soooo pretty! I told Jeremy it was HARDER, I thought, then the Half Marathon! It was a very nice day for a hike, overcast and cool. Great Hike if you haven't done it!

Top of Utah Half Marathon

I know if you are my friend on FACEBOOK, you have probably already read about my half marathon, so if you have and are like "whatever" I am sorry! It is just such an accomplishment for me, that I want to shout it from the rooftops! Anyways, it was such a beautiful run, starting out in Black fort Canyon. The first 6 miles were downhill, so it seemed to fly by. It was awesome, their were words of encouragement along the way, people cheering you on, it was really uplifting. I ran with my friend Jill and her husband Jared. Next year I want to do the Wasatch back relay, and the Ogden Full Marathon. The only bad thing is that I have a stupid cough that won't leave! The race was last Saturday, I had a little cough before the race, and now it is just never wanting to leave. Anyways that is that.

Back to school...

Aubree starts her second year of preschool on Wednesday. She is so excited! She keeps asking everyday if she gets to go to school tomorrow. She gets to go 3 days a week this year instead of 2. I am not excited for all the driving and picking up. I would rather her go for longer periods of time twice a week, but whatever! It will be nice to have only Austin for that time though. I know I haven't blogged forever, so here is a short update (maybe I will post some pictures sometime this week!) We had a great summer, filled with lots of Lagoon, a trip to California, swimming and family fun. We grew a garden which has EXPLODED with a ton of tomatoes! Seroiously, we should open a farmers market! Jeremy is doing well, helping me a ton with the kids and working from home. He started playing the guitar again and wants to form a band... any takers? Aubree cracks me up. Her newest thing is Mama Mia. She LOVES the music. In the car we are her DJ's, always putting it on the right song. Jeremy said he is sick of listening to Pierce Brosnon sing in the car everywhere we go. Austin is a little sweetheart! You can just look at him and he smiles. He melts my heart! He is walking everywhere, and follows me wherever I go. He is constenly getting into stuff, pulling out drawers of towells, towells off rods, ect. Aubree NEVER did that, so it is definelty a new thing. He also loves his big sister. When he is not following me, he is following her, and she is so good to play with him and she LOVES to make him laugh. I seriously think I have the cutest kids EVER! :) Anyways, I am still working 3 nights a week. I am running, trying to stay afloat with all the housework. It is never ending, but life is too short to obsess about it, right? I ran my first half marathon last Saturday, it was AWESOME! I totally want to do it again. Today I ran the Tomatoe days 5k, it was fun too. I want to train to do the Ogden Marathon and a Triathalon next year. Those are my goals anyways. So as soon as I muster up some time I will post a few pictures. Peace out!
